Instructions
Cube & heat – Cut the processed cheese into 1 in / 2.5 cm cubes; place in a medium saucepan over low‑medium heat.
Add ROTEL – Tip the undrained can of tomatoes & green chilies into the pan with the cheese.
Melt – Stir constantly with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until the cheese is fully melted and combined (≈ 5–7 min).
Adjust thickness – If the dip is too thick, stir in milk 1 Tbsp at a time until creamy.
Customise – Fold in the browned, drained ground beef (or other add‑ins) and heat 1–2 min more.
Serve hot – Transfer to a warmed bowl, slow cooker on “warm,” or fondue pot. Keep at ≈ 135 °F / 57 °C for safe, silky serving.
